TERMS OF SERVICE

Our terms of service applies to everyone who are hosted  on iPlush. To use our service, you must read and agree to our terms to avoid abuse and miscommunications. Failure to comply is grounds for account termination without refund.

Content
There are restrictions as for what you can and cannot upload.
The following are NOT allowed:
Χ Adult Content/Pornography/Non artistic Nude images
Χ Audio/Video/Mp3 streaming websites
Χ Phishing, Malware, Virus, and Spywares
Χ Proxy scripts
Χ Hateful, Harassement, or Harmful content
Χ Torrents
Χ Proxy scripts
Χ Images/File Hosting
Χ PHPizabi and YaBB forums
Χ Outdates scripts or softwares
Χ Stolen content
Χ IRC Bots/Scanners

If restricted content are found on your account, iPlush has the rights to immediately terminate or suspend your account.

Payments
Payments must be made within 7 days after ordering.

We only accept Paypal.

Privacy
iPlush does not distribute, sell, trade or reveal any customer information to third-party companies and persons. Your information such as IP address, Name, Email and others are treated as confidential, so don’t worry.

Domains
We offer free domains with some selected plans. The free domain will be under iPlush Web Host while being hosted with us.
If your account got suspended or terminated due to any violation of policy, the domain will remain in our possession.
The domain will only be transferred in your possession if you a.) cancel your account or b.) switch hosts. Any domain transfer fee will not be shouldered by iPlush.

You may choose whether or not to stay with our current domain registrar but you won’t be able to manage it directly. You have to email them for any nameserver changes, etc. If you have an account on any other registrar, we may transfer it there but we won’t shoulder any transfer fee.

Reminder: Domains are subject to availability. Be sure to check if the domain name is available for purchase.

Custom Nameservers
If you want a custom name server, please indicate it in your order form. If the domain has been registered already and you didn’t indicate that you wanted a custom nameserver, we won’t accept any request.

New Accounts
After we receive your payment, we will email you your full account details within 24-48 hours.

Backup
Clients must maintain a full backup copy of their website. iPlush will not be responsible for any data loss. Though we provide daily backups, clients must still have their own backups.
For WordPress blog users, we recommend you to install DB CRON BackUp Plugin and/or WP DP Backup.

Support
If you have any questions that you can’t understand regarding your account, feel free to contact us but please do make use of search engines first because a lot of certain issues has been solved already, all you need to do is read and understand. You might also want to post some of your problems on forums for other professional webmasters to help you out.
